

Here's a super easy, 4-ingredient meal prep recipe that works for pretty much any diet plan.
If you're like me and loath the bland chicken breast meal prep routine, you need to try this! I have learned the hard way that sticking to a diet is nearly impossible if you hate the food. So I have spent countless hours researching different ways to cook bland meals. What I've figured out is that more seasonings are the way to go, especially with things like boneless skinless chicken breasts!
Ingredients:
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Ranch seasoning
Everything but the Elote
Avocado cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Rinse chicken breasts with cold water
place chicken breasts into a ziplock bag
pour both seasonings into the bag(as much or as little as you like) and shake the bag until the seasonings are distributed evenly
place chicken breasts into a baking dish and spray lightly with avocado oil cooking spray
Bake for about 1 hour
